Chris, I'm experiencing the same thing as uf. When viewed with IE, some items that likely should be in the left column (links and people's photos) are appearing over the right column and obscuring the post. FWIW.

Hmmm, ok. I'm looking at it in IE 7 and it renders Ok for me. I'm looking into it.

Sorry - it was a template issue with IE 6. New template fixes the problem.

It really makes perfect sense. There really is no reason trying to make everything perfect before starting because you're never going to make everyone happy. The bottom line is to start and make adjustments as you go. Another great book on the subject was Ready, Fire, Aim.

Excellent list. The book looks really interesting. Its approach is one that many companies will struggle with - do things quickly, measure the results, fix it and try again quickly.
